Description :

Support for cloud-related emergencies and other critical cases;
Participate in troubleshooting, deployment and integration of solutions;
Participate in customer workshops, provide solutions and technical expertise;
Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor other team members;
Interact with customers, third party vendors and other service delivery organizations.

Requirements :

At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent;
More than 3 years of professional experience is required;
Proven experience in an IT support engineer position;
The main skill is the cloud;
Knowledge of 5G Core is an asset;
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, such as cloud native, NFVI and SDI;
Hands-on experience troubleshooting 5GC NF and 5G EPC nodes/platforms on cloud infrastructure;
Hands-on experience installing/integrating cloud platforms/stacks; For example, CCD, Vanilla Kubernetes, OCP, CEE, RHOSP and VMware.
Knowledge of IP networks;
BUGS and ETCP certifications are an asset.
